Uncooking 101 with Eva Rawposa

Eva Rawposa asked me to photograph her raw cooking class for her new web site. Even though it was December on Martha’s Vineyard, her class was filled with eager students ready to understand and learn simple techniques for cooking raw. Eva’s knowledge mixed with her casual and fun teaching style made for a very inspiring class.
It was a great day!
