Martha’s Vineyard Magazine just published an article by Susie Middleton which includes recipes from her yet to be released cookbook The Fresh & Green Table (June 2012). This newest book is a follow up to Susie’s first cookbook Fast, Fresh and Green and offers up a whole new cook’s repertoire by shifting the focus to vegetables as the main course of the meal. Susie is the Editor-at-Large for Fine Cooking magazine. We met 4 years ago when she first moved to Martha’s Vineyard and we had an immediate growing, cooking + eating connection. Her recipes are unique and delicious, creative and innovative. The photos posted here were taken on her farm in West Tisbury.

Staci + Andrew flew to the Vineyard last week from Florida to prepare for their June nuptials. It was an unusually warm March day and we were able to take our time, go the beach, play and get some great pictures. Engagement sessions allow all of us to get to know each other before the big day. I’m so looking forward to your June celebration.
